After Dusseldorf incident, post nerve-agent exposure treatment?

The Thallium exposure could had have a place due to a work I was conducted with electronics and I wasn’t warned by my employer e.g. infrared cameras. It could be very minor. Internal lenses of IR camera contains thallium. This caused dysfunction of the right hand for some time and that was a year before more serious situation – Dusseldorf incident. The symptoms of the weakened right limb went away.

Not mine, logged phones under my name

Quite worrying in my case is that, that someone was able to log a phone numbers (+34 935 024 366,+34 677 104 707,+34 677 104 723) under my name. This indicates that ordinary thief's could not simply do that and someone was able to obtain a copy of my ID documents. I would not find out that, if I would not receive a bill for those phone numbers.

Incident Dusseldorf 2018

Few years ago I faced and incident in Dusseldorf, Germany. Someone broke in into rented by me apartment and stolen documents of mine. This would not be a big thing if shortly after I was at the hospital. My treatment took nearly 6 years until it has been founded out “the right method of treatment”. In meantime authorities refused to raise investigation. I decided finally due to absolute lack of interest from law enforcement forces to notify the highest authorities – no effect.
